TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Conditions”) govern the purchase of service at Habibi Spa.
These Conditions constitute an agreement between you and Habibi Spa Inc. By purchasing a service at Habibi Spa through its website or by telephone, you are agreeing to these Conditions.

Habibi Spa invoices in Canadian currency. All prices listed, unless otherwise stated, are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) before taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Habibi Spa reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue any service (or any portion or content of any service) without notice and at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any change in price, suspension or discontinuation of service.

A valid credit card must be used to guarantee your reservation party (3 or more individuals) at Habibi Spa. Habibi Spa reserves the right to cancel any reservation made with an invalid credit card.

Cancellation must be made using the confirmation link sent via email through our online booking system. If you are unable to select the cancellation option, you have surpassed the respectful time allotted to do so prior to your appointment time. You are asked to contact us directly to cancel your reservation.

Habibi Spa will not be responsible for any delay or failure to preform its obligations under these Conditions or otherwise, which arise out of or is due to unforeseeable events independent of the intention of the parties such as but not limited to force major (“Force Major Events”), including, by way of example and not of limitation, all events of war, interventions and prohibitions of official authorities, delays, inclement weather, lack of energy, financial crisis, labour conflicts, epidemics and pandemics.

All guests of Habibi Spa are required to sign a liability waiver releasing Habibi Spa for any loss, damage, accident, illness and other items as specified therein upon arrival at Habibi Spa. Any guest who declines to sign the liability waiver will be denied entry without refund or compensation.

Habibi Spa is concerned about the privacy of its guests and undertakes to respect it. This policy has been formulated to inform all guests of Habibi Spa of its firm commitment to this effect. No personal information is collected or disclosed unless the prior consent of the user has been obtained voluntarily by writing directly to an email address mentioned on our website, participating in a promotion, registering for a service, creating a profile, or in any other similar way.

In order to safely provide guests with the requested services, Habibi Spa reserves the right to ask its guests to provide personal information or supporting documents off and when necessary.

Photographs, films or social media of any kind content taken at Habibi Spa cannot be used for any commercial purposes without prior official written consent from Habibi Spa.

Please notify our Spa Coordinator before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant. All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief healthy history report upon check-in, designed with your well-being in mind.
Guests of Habibi Spa are strictly prohibited from bringing in, or consuming, outside food, alcohol or illegal substances. To ensure the safety and wellbeing of Habibi Spa guests, the consumption of any forms of tobacco or cannabis are prohibited at Habibi Spa.

Habibi Spa reserves the right to refuse access or expel any guest whom it considers is acting against its code of ethics, values, or behavioural etiquette. Interactions at Habibi Spa, including Habibi Spa social media platform/sites, must be carried out in a respectful, harmonious, and courteous manner. Insulting, threatening, or harassing another guest or employee is prohibited. Habibi Spa maintains a zero tolerance policy with respect to, defamatory, indecent, hateful, racist, xenophobic, homophobic, sexist, vulgar, or discourteous statements or any other violent act.
PACKAGES & GIFT CERTIFICATES
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR PACKAGES AND GIFT CERTIFICATES
These Terms and Conditions of sale for gift certificates and service package through Habibi Spa website or by telephone. The Conditions constitute an agreement between you and Habibi Spa Inc. By purchasing a gift certificate or service package from Habibi Spa through the Habibi Spa website or by telephone, you are agreeing to these Conditions.

Habibi Spa invoices in Canadian currency. All prices listed, unless otherwise stated, are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) before taxes. Gift certificates and service packages purchased are final sales and non-refundable. A gift certificate may not be purchased with a previously purchased gift certificate.
Rates are subject to change without notice. In the event of a price increase, the difference must be supplemented for the desired service. -
The monetary value of a gift certificate is valid one year to date of purchase. Its value can be applied to any type or reservation until the balance of the initial gift certificate has been fully used.

Gift Certificates requested to be shipped are done so as soon as possible once the order has been processed. The processing and delivery times vary depending on the delivery address. Habibi Spa parcels are shipped via Canada Post.
Habibi Spa reserves the right to modify the shipping costs of its gift certificates at any time and without notice. All shipping fees are in Canadian dollars. The sales tax is calculated based on Ontario province. Habibi Spa cannot guarantee delivery of gift certificates to addresses outside of Canada.

Modifications of Conditions
Habibi Spa reserves the right to modify these Conditions and its cancellation policy at any time. The last revision of these Conditions is displayed at the bottom of this page.
